Assessment
PROMITMEN develop an assessment center within 3 (three) perspectives simultaneously, which is to test HR competency assessment, competency testing officer candidates for the leadership layer of management / organizational structural layer, and the assessment for the development needs of HR competencies.
Competency Assessment
Competency Assessment refers to the implementation of the program of professional certification from the National Board for Professional Certification (BNSP).

Position Competency Assessment
Assessment is competency assessment process to test dam keyakan person's ability to occupy a certain position, either by level or echelon and based on field duties.
Development Assessment
Development Assessment was conducted in order to map the needs of organizations and individuals to the improvement / development of competencies through education and training. This assessment can be developed through the types of training needed including training materials that will be studied.
Assessment Development Program will also be the embryo for development plans Leadership Development Center (LDC) PROMITMEN, which is a special program for certain structural officer for the fulfillment of the required competencies.
